What happens next

  • We confirm we’ve received your request by email.
  • If needed, we ask you to confirm your identity, so we never give your data to someone else.
  • We reply within one month. For a copy of your data, we send a file with everything we hold under your email address.
  • When we delete your data, we keep only what the law requires, such as invoices, and remove your name and contact details from everything else.
