Detailed Itinerary of the Safari

Day 1: Arrival and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Upon arriving at the Entebbe International Airport in Uganda, you meet our driver guide who briefs you about the safari through a meet and greet session. After here, he shall drive you to the beautiful Queen Elizabeth National Park and en-route you shall have views of the green terrain vegetation, birds and lunch. After reaching the park embark on an afternoon Game Drive then later, you shall transfer to check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Bush Lodge.

Day 2: Game Drive and Boat Cruise at Kazinga Channel

5 Days Queen Elizabeth National Park SafariOn the 2nd Day of the 5 Days Queen Elizabeth National Park Tour you shall proceed to the park for a morning game drive through the Northern Sector while seated in your 4×4 vehicle with a lead park ranger guide who informs about Queen Elizabeth National Park and the various wildlife animals inhabiting the Savannah grasslands. You traverse the Kasenyi Plains where you view various wildlife animals like herds of Uganda kob, buffalo and waterbucks as well as flora like acacia trees. You shall proceed to the Northern sector where you watch various lions waiting to catch prey then after at mid day, you shall break off for lunch at mid day then after wars at 2:30 pm, you shall proceed to the Kazinga Channel for an afternoon Boat Cruise for 2 to 3 hours watching schools of hippo and crocodiles beneath the waters as well as wildlife like elephants along the shores. You shall also view bird species like kingfishers, herons, cormorants and eagles. After the cruise and taking many photos, you shall transfer back to the shores then to your 4×4 vehicle to drive you ack to lodge for relaxation, Dinner and Overnight. Bush Lodge.

Day 3: Chimpanzee Trekking in Kyambura Gorge

On this 3rd Day, you shall trek the rare species of Chimpanzees in the greenery vegetated Kyambura Gorge known to have many communities of wild Chimpanzees. You shall reach here and get to the briefing point where you shall be informed on the code of conduct around the Chimpanzees then after you shall be allocated into groups of 8 with a lead park ranger guide who informs you about the gorge, chimpanzees and their way of life. After briefing, he leads you into the forest to trek the chimpanzees for a period of 3 to 5 hours depending on the reported location of these in their natural forest vegetation habitat. After a while, you shall meet them then stay in their presence taking many photos to keep with you about your expedition. After Chimpanzee Trekking, you shall return to lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Kyambura Game Lodge.

Day 4: Transfer to Ishasha Sector (Tree-Climbing Lions)

5 Days Queen Elizabeth National Park SafariOn this 4th Day of the 5 Days Queen Elizabeth Safari in Uganda, you shall embark on transfer to the beautiful Ishasha Sector where you get a chance to watch the rare tree climbing Lions of Queen Elizabeth National Park.  Explore the remote Ishasha sector with a lead guide who informs you about this unique sector and the tree climbing lions. While here, you shall follow differing tracks in the sector watching the tree climbing lions as they seat relaxed within the fig tree branches then with your camera that has no flash, take many photos to keep with you.  After the adventure, proceed to check-in lodge for Dinner and Overnight. Day 5: Depart to Kampala or Entebbe

On the final day with your luggage, embark on a departure to Kampala or the Entebbe International Airport to board flight back home.
