Kidepo Valley National Park is one of the most beauties Uganda has to offer though it’s the least visited park but it where all big five can be vied apart from the Rhinos that were Extinct, expect to view many bird species including Ostriches, Karamoja apalis, Jackson's hornbill, Purple grenadier, Pygmy falcon, Red-throated bee-eater, Rufous chatterer, White-bellied go-away bird, White-eyed kestrel, Golden pipit, Fox kestrel, D'Arnaud's barbet, Chestnut weaver, Carmine bee-eater, Black-breasted barbet, Abyssinian scimitar bill, Abyssinian roller and many more situated in the northeastern corner of Uganda in Kaabong district, and totals up to 1442km2 of gazetted grassland.
Day 1: Depart from Kampala Very early in the morning.
Day 2:Exciting game drive to catch up with the early risers and view the park's endowed diversity of wildlife.
DAY 3:hike the Lomej mountains, which breaks up the uniformity of the flat Kidepo plains
Day 4:embark on your journey back to Kampala.
