Lake Mburo National Park is expediently located close to the western thoroughfare that links up Kampala to the other parks of western Uganda. Although the park is just 370km2 in size, its topography is speckled and even a short drive is alive with interest and color.You'll pass gallery forest, open savanna and acacia woodland, rock kopjes, seasonal and permanent swamps, and open water, as you search for the wealth of wildlife it supports. This includes species such as impala, Burchell's zebra, and eland that are not found elsewhere in western Uganda.
Day 1: Your experienced driver guide will pick you from your hotel lead you to L.Mburo National Park, this takes 3 or 4 hour drive on road, will have a stopover at Mpambire royal drum makers, then proceed to L. Mburo National Park check in at your selected lodge for lunch.
Day 2: : After Breakfast, take on morning game drive, Lake Mburo National Park is a very special place; every part of it is alive with variety and interesting mammals. It also has an extensive wetland. You are likely to see elands, impalas, waterbucks, warthogs, and zebras. Thereafter drive back to Kampala with a stopover at the Equator monument for photographs have lunch break, and later transfer to Kampala.
